You send me an email outlining the task.
I will create a task in ClickUp, asigning a title, priority, description and start date.
You will have access to the Clickup Task folder to see and comment on each task.
Time is recorded against each task using Clockify and stored in your client retainer spreadsheet, linked to from your ClickUp folder.

Yes, they expire every month. My commitment to you is for 5 hours development, fixing issues or consultancy each month. You need to assign tasks to me.  I offer a maximum 30 minutes roll-over each month for unused hours.

I’ll respond to confirm your request and assign it with a proirity and start date, within 1 working day. Completion depends on how complicated, urgent or time consuming the task is and my current priority list.

You’ll be assigned a work folder in the ClickUp app. I’ll share any relevant details for each task in there.

No. I record work to the minute so you get the full value.

Some taks will be easy to prioritise like website down/hacked or an issue with payment processors.  Tasks that seriously affect your business will be assigned a higher priority.  I’m happy to work with you if you think a task priority needs to be higher.

Yes, sometimes there will be other urgent tasks on my to-do list. I will assign a date and priority to each incoming retainer task. I only take on a selective number of retainer clients at one time.

I’ll maintain a list of hours used against each task in a Google spreadsheet, linked from the your assigned ClickUp folder.

After payment, you’ll be onboarded to Clickup and I’ll get in contact with you to set up an initial kick-off meeting on Zoom.  During this meeting you can show me around the website outlining it’s main functionality and we can discuss some of the priority issues you need resolved.

For the retainer to work, you will need to supply me with:

No. If there is a connection issue from WordPress I can look into the issue and advise you.

Your retainer will start upon payment. I will adjust roll-over hours appropriately on the second month if your payment is after the first of the month.

No. My commitment to you is per the paid billing month.

You can cancel the retainer at any time.  Cancellation will take effect on the last day of the current month of cancellation or a month that you specify.
If I cancel the retainer service with you, I will give you one month’s notice and honour the retainer for the one month following cancellation.

I can only commit to 5 hours per client as part of a retainer.  If you require a task that is more than 5 hours, I would classify that as a seperate job outside the retainer. Please contanct me for a quote.
