You send me an email outlining the task.
I will create a task in ClickUp, asigning a title, priority, description and start date.
You will have access to the Clickup Task folder to see and comment on each task.
Time is recorded against each task using Clockify and stored in your client retainer spreadsheet, linked to from your ClickUp folder.

No. Those hours are yours. Email me any time to see how many hours you have left or look at your timesheet spreadsheet in your assigned ClickUp folder.

I’ll respond to confirm your request and assign it with a proirity and start date, as soon as I can. Completion depends on how complicated, urgent or time consuming the task is and my current priority list.

Of course.  Email your requirements and ask for an estimate. If you confirm, I’ll go ahead and action the work.

You’ll be assigned a work folder in the ClickUp app. I’ll share any relevant details for each task in there.

No. I record work to the minute so you get the full value.

Some taks will be easy to prioritise like website down/hacked or an issue with payment processors.  Tasks that seriously affect your business will be assigned a higher priority.  I’m happy to work with you if you think a task priority needs to be higher.

Yes, sometimes there will be other urgent tasks on my to-do list. I will assign a date and priority to each incoming retainer task. I only take on a selective number of retainer clients at one time.

I’ll maintain a list of hours used against each task in a Google spreadsheet, linked from the your assigned ClickUp folder.

After payment, you’ll be onboarded to Clickup and I’ll get in contact with you to set up an initial kick-off meeting on Zoom.  During this meeting you can show me around the website outlining it’s main functionality and we can discuss some of the priority issues you need resolved.

For the retainer to work, you will need to supply me with:

No. These support hours cannot be used for SEO.

No. If there is a connection issue from WordPress I can look into the issue and advise you.

Your hourly support package will start upon payment. 

Generally no.  These are pre-paid, ad-hoc support hours that you can use whenever.  Please call me if you need to discuss a refund.

There’s nothing to cancel. These are pre-paid support hours with a one-time payment.

You can purchase another hourly support package.
