Officially announced today on the WordPress blog, the events calendar has been updated to include dates for Matt Mullenweg’s visit to Australia and New Zealand.
Matt is touring this side of the world to help spread the WordPress brand and interact with the established communities here that support the open source CMS.
We’ve been on the DL for the past several weeks not being able to say anything until the official release.
This is a great opportunity for all of us here in Australia and New Zealand to hear directly from the top, Matts vision of where WordPress is at, where it is going and of course to ask him some of your questions.
Branded as “A Conversation With Matt Mullenweg”, as the name suggests, this is an interactive session, not just a keynote or a lecture.
We’re really excited to have Matt here in Australia and especially Sydney for these one day events and I’m sure you’ll all want to jump in and attend.
Registrations for the event are limited and will be available through Eventbrite (see links below).
